Return policy

Purchased and unused items can be returned within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of purchase. The client must write an application for a refund to the following email address: [email protected]

The money will be transferred back to the account within 30 business days of receiving the application. When returning money, the money can only be returned to the account number from which the purchase was made.

In the event that a refund implies a return of the goods on the part of the Buyer, the Buyer is responsible for the safety of the quality and safety of the goods during the term of the right to refuse. The buyer is responsible for reducing the value of the goods of any kind, if the goods were used in a way that is incompatible with the principle of proper handling, including being used for purposes other than clarifying the properties or actions of the means. The goods must be undamaged, have not lost their presentation (the labels have not been removed or damaged, the protective film has not been torn off, etc.) and have not been used. The product must be returned in its original packaging, in the same configuration in which it was received, as well as with a document for the delivery of the product, instructions for use and other accessories to the product.
